And Drummed Waste Disposal
Drummed waste disposal is another arena into which HITECH have successfully ventured in recent years. This developed on the back of our Garage Forecourt Services Division which was developed some years ago.
Drummed Waste Disposal from garages became a noticeable requirement when the vehicles were out and about collecting the waste oil from garages around the country. This seemed a natural progression from the services that we already offered and so a new niche in the market was found. We now offer an "all inclusive" package to garages, and indeed any other customers, which includes waste oil collection, drummed waste disposal and also all the traditional industrial requirements such as drain cleaning interceptor empty and tank cleaning. It all fits neatly together to offer a one stop shop contract.
Waste disposal requirements vary from site to site but in the main garages all require to dispose of oil filters, anti freeze, paint waste, brake fluid and mixed fluid waste. HITECH can handle all these waste streams and a regular collection service ensures that customers never need to hold more waste than necessary and therefore prevent any incidents of an unpleasant nature.
Garage Forecourt Services may have been the pathfinder into this field, but many industries now avail themselves of our drummed waste collection service. Many companies for whom we clean 
car park drains also produce a few drums of waste oil from machinery on site. We are delighted to handle this for customers as part of our overall waste management outlook.
Battery disposal and fluorescent tubes are other examples of waste that we would not have handled five years ago but which are now part of our every day routine. As a requirement appears, we aim to fill the gap and continue forging strong links with all our customers, irrespective of size of company or quantity of waste.
